Washing the area with baking soda will be a natural exfoliator for your skin and help in removing the top layer of the skin and open up the black heads to get rid of that dirt and possible bacteria build up.

Acne on the chest and back are common areas for both sexes. It is a good reminder to keep the area clean and avoid any soap with a fragrance. Avoid reusing your clothing and change your shirts more often.
 
According to a recently popular movie, Windex is the answer to all ailments including acne. Although there is alcohol in the Windex and this may help to dry out the area, it is not recommended that you use this product since it also contains ammonium hydroxide. Some people recommend  the use of aspirin since the salicylic acid will hep in dry it out. The suggest wetting it and putting a dab of it on the pimple, cover the area with a band aid and it will disappear in a day or two.
